Complete rebuild and renovation of heritage double-storey villa

Extensive excavation created a full-size second level, converting the front entry from the upper level to the ground with a new internal stairwell.

This colonial-style double-storey, double-verandah villa was designed to capitalise on existing height and views across Costley Reserve.

Character features blend with contemporary conveniences throughout. White polyurethane floors, detailed wall panelling, a bespoke floating staircase, and generous open-plan living create the perfect canvas for million-dollar views of the city.
