The aim was to create a luxurious home with lavish contemporary design that paid homage to the detail of the era.
The original villa expands into a dramatic double-height open-plan kitchen and living area. A mezzanine library captures the gorgeous sunset views across the city.
The landscaped west-facing garden features checkerboard paving, an outdoor fire, a heated pool, and an outdoor shower.
