Meticulously designed in collaboration with architect Jose Gutierrez, and built with a discerning client in mind, this urban sanctuary has grand proportions with bespoke detailing throughout.
The courtyard extension wraps around the pool and double-height kitchen and entertaining space, designed to capitalise on the afternoon sun. Open the front door to a 40-metre vista down the hall and across the pool to the back of the section.
A large excavation houses a new garage with internal access. The exterior is clad in hand-machined cedar battens.
